To schedule an appointment, please call Meridian Dermatology of Indianapolis at (317) 848-3408.  Appointments can only be made by phone.

General office/lobby hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm

Telephone hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am- 4:00pm

Medication Refills:
Please call our office for medication refills. All medication refills require at least once a year office visits. You will need to provide your pharmacy phone number when requesting a refill.
